Yes! We ensure that there's no cross contamination in the kitchen so everyone with a gluten intolerance can enjoy a sweet treat!

We are currently operating out of a home kitchen in the heart of Holly Springs, NC.

What is a Micro Bakery?

A micro bakery is a small at home bakery ran by a single baker that sells directly to customers.

How do I receive my products?

We only offer contactless pick up at the moment. Contactless pick up allows customers to pick up their order at the time they chose. We also offer local delivery to most of the Raleigh and surrounding area for orders over $100. 

What is brown butter?

Brown butter is traditional butter that has been cooked until the milk solids have caramelized, giving it a nutty, toasty flavor. 

How long do the baked goods last?

Cookies and cake can last 2-3 days at room temperature. If properly stored, they can last up to a week in the fridge. 

Can I freeze my baked goods?

Yes! We recommend wrapping it tightly or placing into an airtight container and they will last up to two weeks. Textures may change. 

Is shipping available?

We are currently working on getting shipping going for the future. We do have local delivery available for orders over $100.
